OPERATION RESTORE™

Four fights.
One foundation.

Judicial injustice wears more than one face. So do we.

Operation Restore™ is how the Foundation organizes its advocacy. Four initiatives, each built for a different group of people the system has run over, each led by someone who knows that fight from the inside — and all of them running on the same promise.

THE INITIATIVES

Who we fight for

Different courtrooms, same pattern: an ordinary family against the full weight of the state, with nobody standing beside them. Each initiative below exists because one group kept showing up and nobody was built to help them.

Stand for Justice™

For people prosecuted for who they are rather than what they did. We fight judicial overreach and wrongful conviction, and we stand beside those facing persecution long after the verdict, the plea, or the pardon — because the record, the money, and the damage all outlive the case.

Protect Freedom™

For seniors and vulnerable adults stripped of their rights by the courts meant to protect them. State guardianship overreach, estate protection, and elderly medical kidnapping — because a judge can sign away a person's entire life in an afternoon, and almost nobody is watching.

HOW WE SERVE

Three stages, in every initiative

Whichever fight you are in, the work moves through the same three stages. Nobody arrives at the same point, so we meet families where the case has them and stay through the part that comes after.

PHASE ONE

Restore Hope

Immediate crisis needs as a case begins. Emergency support when the ground gives out and nobody knows what happens next.

PHASE TWO

Restore Lives

Needs assessment during a case, or in the weeks and months right after. Housing, transportation, counseling, and legal support.

PHASE THREE

Restore Dignity

Long-term healing once the case is closed. Records, reputation, employment, and the parts of a life a verdict does not give back.

Where January 6 lives

The families we were founded to serve have their own home on this site. The First Fight carries the story, the two programs still open to every January 6 family, the scholarship launching in 2027, and the memorial for the four who did not come home.

Three initiatives are looking for their leader

If you have spent years inside one of these fights and you know it from the ground, we want to talk. We bring the operations, media, funding, technology, and back office. You bring the expertise and the platform — and we build the initiative around you.
