Two days at The America First Warehouse, and the people who lived it doing the talking.
On Friday night, December 11, we open the doors for the Founding Circle VIP Rally, a private evening for the donors carrying this foundation into 2027. On Saturday, December 12, the Virtual Summit goes out live from the same room. People who were prosecuted, the families who sat in the gallery through it, and the lawyers who fought the cases will walk through how lawfare actually works, and what it takes to get a life back once it is over.
The Friday rally is small on purpose. The Saturday summit is built to reach as many people as we can get in front of a screen.
This is the night we thank the people who make the work possible, in person. Dinner, our VIP special guests, and time to actually talk with them instead of watching them from the back of a room.
We will also stop the evening to recognize January 6 families by name. Many of them have never been thanked for anything. Some of them were in a courtroom every week for two years.
There is a live auction. So far that includes a week at a condo in Mexico, a week at a lake house, beef and chicken packages, and original artwork, with more coming in as donors offer it. Every dollar from the auction goes to the foundation.
Seats are limited, and the room sets the limit.
A full day of interviews and panels on the Lawfare Playbook: how a prosecution gets built against an ordinary citizen, what it does to a family while it is pending, and what the road back looks like once it ends – sealing, refunds, housing, work.
You can be in the room, or you can watch from home with an online pass. We will post the speaker lineup here as each guest confirms. We are not going to list a name until it is booked.
Prices are per person unless it says otherwise. Every reservation goes to the foundation's work with families facing judicial injustice.
Your seat at the Friday night VIP Rally – dinner, the VIP guests, the family recognition and the live auction – and a reserved seat in the room for the Saturday summit.
Everything above, for you and a guest. Two seats Friday night and two seats Saturday.
A seat at The America First Warehouse for the Saturday summit, December 12. Does not include the Friday rally.
The full Saturday livestream. The link comes to your email the week of the event.
The tax part, plainly. Stand In The Gap Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 93-1417599. Because you receive dinner and a program in return, the full price of a seat is not deductible. Your receipt will state the fair market value of what you receive, and the amount you pay above that is deductible as a charitable gift.
Fill this out and your seat is held the moment you hit submit. A confirmation goes straight to your inbox with your reservation and how to pay.
We are taking event sponsors, advertisers for the summit broadcast, and donated items for the Friday auction. If your business or family wants to be part of it, write to info@standinthegap.foundation with "Summit sponsor" in the subject line and we will send you the options and the paperwork.
Because we are a 501(c)(3), sponsors are recognized, not endorsed. We can thank you by name and show your logo. We cannot run a product pitch for you.
Not everyone can travel in December. A gift to one of our programs does the same work.
